TIM’s international services arm, Sparkle, is partnering with ICT company Neurosoft to launch a new managed service for the Greek market.
Enterprise Link is a business connectivity service to help multi-site enterprises simplify their network architecture and improve communication between their branches, head offices and data centres.
Based on software-defined wide area networking (SD-WAN), Enterprise Link operates regardless of the network currently being used (multiprotocol label switching [MPLS] or broadband), optimising WANs according to business needs.
The service deploys application prioritisation, traffic break-outs, real-time link measurement and load-balancing to bring connected users “closer to their applications”.
It also aims to increase information security throughout the digital infrastructure, detecting and preventing threats, simplifying daily operations and enabling network automation.
Strategic
“We believe that our partnership with Neurosoft will prove to be of high value and strategic to our operations in Greece,” said Enrico Bagnasco, CEO of Sparkle Greece. “We look forward to the results of our joint service Enterprise Link in the local and global markets, since this solution not only provides material gains to our customers but being a modern and contemporary cloud-based system will enable them to respond better to innovation and improve their overall performance.”
Epamineondas Paschalidis, CEO of Neurosoft, added, “Faithful to our vision of supporting every organisation to achieve more in the digital age, we offer in collaboration with Sparkle integrated IaaS [infrastructure-as-a-service] solutions, effectively covering the ever-increasing needs of Greek businesses.”
