The plan is to address opportunities in the public and private sectors
The Central African Republicโs Ministry of Digital Economy, Posts, and Telecommunications has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Elm, a Saudi Arabian digital solutions provider.
The MoU is designed to promote business opportunities and the countryโs digital transformation by deploying digital platforms. Within the terms of the agreement, both parties will establish long-term goals based on requirements and opportunities in various sectors of the digital economy, as well as develop strategies to leverage these opportunities and advance the economic development of their respective countries.
They will also promote business accelerators and start-up investments while exchanging knowledge and expertise in the area of digital transformation in private and public sectors.
Collaboration and commitment
Elmโs VP of Marketing, Majid bin Saad Al-Arifi, said, โThe agreementโฆreflects Central Africaโs commitment to advancing commercial opportunities and the nationโs overall developmentโฆwe are committed to providing our service and expertise to meet the demands of various industries in launching cutting-edge digital platforms that cater to governmental institutions and provide consultancy, BPM [business process management] and project management services.
