Mobile Europe launches new-look website

Mobile Europe has relaunched its website, offering embedded video content and improved navigation as it continues to report about the key wireless tech trends and innovations in the European telecoms industry.

A new video player on the homepage will bring reports from the industry’s biggest events including Mobile World Congress, LTE World Summit and Small Cells World Summit.

In the coming days, visitors will be able to see executives from Orange and Nokia discuss the latest developments in the small cell market, as well as the difficulties operators face in trying to source fresh spectrum.

The site also introduces new categories to help visitors navigate the site easier. These trends feature all of the latest technology in the telecoms space, from LTE to 5G, and from network infrastructure to network virtualisation.

There are also sections on hot topics including connected cars, smart cities, spectrum and Wi-Fi.

In total, visitors can go to dedicated technology pages across 17 categories by hovering their mouse over the ‘Trends’ icon in the toolbar. The latest news in these trends can also be found further down on the homepage.

The site has been optimised for tablet and smartphone use and will continue to feature the latest news from Mobile Europe’s sister site European Communications.

Mobile Europe will continue to publish the latest news daily and features and analysis weekly.
